It looks like the dvd version is solely the movie. The extras/commentary are being advertised (for right now, perhaps things could change by Aug.11th) as features on the Blu-Ray disc.

URGH THEY BETTER HAVE THOSE ADDITIONAL SCENES ON THE NORMAL DVD.
cuz im desperate to see deleted scenes.
and lots of zac stuff i’ll be soo crying if there arent anything on the normal dvd i’ll be complaining to new line.

Sounds like the blu-ray version is where it’s at. These are times when I will likely have to rely on YouTube (ala HSM3 blu-ray extra footage).
