‘Me and Orson Welles’ Updates
Recently Austin 360 interviewed Zac Efron, Richard Linklater and Christian McKay about their new movie ‘Me and Orson Welles‘.
As he enters the room, Efron peeks at his iPhone and we see that the wallpaper is a vintage photo of Bruce Lee, shirtless, sweaty, in fighting stance. Explain, please.
“He’s been one of my idols since I was little, and his films are one of the ways I got into watching movies,” Efron says.

Sue- Aw, you’re making me feel bad! I honestly didn’t think anyone would care what I thought of the movie…
I’m going to a screening this weekend however where Christian is scheduled to conduct a Q&A afterward. Hopefully, I can get a question answered. I certainly don’t mind sharing my thoughts with you guys.

Aw, Audrey. I’m sorry! No bad feelings were intended, but I’ve enjoyed reading what everyone has thought of the movie. Especially since I wasn’t sure if it was going to be released here or not. Luckily, ONE little theater picked it up this week. Yay for me! haha So happy I’ll get to see Zac again. It’s been loooooooong overdue.
Have fun at the screening this weekend! Sounds like fun.

Sue- We should probably do a MAOW discussion post of sorts. It looks like the film is picking up speed and now available on over 40+ screens across the nation. We just didn’t want to provide too many spoilers on the site due to the limited release. I can’t wait for you to see it!
