Dressed in a sleek black suit, Zac attended the Japanese Premiere of New Year’s Eve last night. He greeted his fans in the theater (We love their handmade signs!), as well as appearing on stage to introduce the movie to the crowd!

Shooting for the upcoming Ramin Bahrani film (which is currently untitled), has begun with a bang at the Iowa Speedway this weekend. Dressed in his black and white overalls and fireproof suit, Zac was filmed preparing for his scenes. Thanks to the Des Moines Register, we’ve got some details as to what exactly will be shot at the race!
ARCA Series announcers will belt Efron’s movie name (rumored to be Dean Whipple). Efron will walk across the pre-race stage, shake the hands of several sponsors and Jauron, then proceed to Pit Road, hop in the car and get strapped in. Just before the race begins, Efron will jump out of the car, and the real driver will hop in and race. “The goal is for Zac to look as if he’s been racing his whole life,” Jauron said.

Clad in his favorite teams’ shirt, Zac and his younger brother Dylan attended the LA Lakers vs. New Orleans Hornets Game at the Staples Center earlier this week.
